Jennifer Baum has been an entrepreneur for 30 years, honing her business skills while attending college. Having found the niche early, Jennifer has owned businesses from basic retail and real estate into property management. In the last decade Jennifer has been following her passion for pets as a pet care professional. She has spent thousands of hours in peoples homes and she knows the ins and outs of people's humble abode. 

In addition to Watch My Abode, LLC, Jennifer also owns Dualchas Property Management, LLC, a company that has owned, maintained and managed college rental property in New York and builds new construction for the vacation rental market.

From simple exterior checks and tasks to interior maintenance of heating or hot water, she knows what and where to look for issues that may arise and how to deal with them when and if they do.

If that alone is not enough, she understands the desecration of personal details, brings insight, knowledge, a keen sense of observation to every home left in her care.

As an extra bonus, her family, husband, son and brother-in-law form a team with engineering and contracting experience that provides endless resources for any homeowner and a combined experience spanning nearly 75 years.
