With each client we begin with a free consultation to review, in person, your home, entry and exit procedures, alarm systems and/or other security devices, any areas of particular concern and your expectations. We offer scheduling for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or customized dates for your house check and will discuss what works best for your home and needs.

We will provide our policies, terms of agreement and contract. We hold no secrets, you must feel comfortable with us to know with certainty that your property is being well cared for by an accredited professional company.

We offer a variety of concierge services in addition to our exterior & interior services. What we have listed is a snapshot of our offerings. Our services are customizable as every property is different. Every client is afforded access to an online portal, that allows us to create your personalized checklist based on the National Home Watch Association “Gold Standard” for best practices. Each report is uploaded and emailed, time stamped & includes photo and/or video uploads.

Interior Services:

Alarm system & cameras functioning correctly, fire/smoke/C02 alarms in working order, light rotations or timers on lights are functioning, windows and doors are secure, check thermostats, humidity, AC/heating systems, check water systems; running water in all sinks/showers, flush toilets checking for leaks, check for unusual odors/sounds, check all appliances for proper temperature settings, Inspect ceilings, walls, floors for leaks or signs of pests.

Exterior Services:

Obtain mail, remove junk mail and debris from around the mailbox, obtain packages, exterior visual inspection; including check windows, doors, gates, perimeter walls, fences, shed, barn, pool house, perform a visual inspections of roof, siding, gutters, make sure outdoor furniture, grills, planters and plants/garden are secure & tended to.
